- We Have Special Listings That Are Submission With A Price. Special Listings Are Always Given More Importance Than Free Listings. They're Shown Before Free Listings And Also Are Approved Within 48 Hours Of Submission. As The Free Listings Require Few Months For Approval Due To Heavy Submissions, We Have Express Listings Option. Express Listings Are Similar To Free Listings But Reviewed Within 48 Hours.
- Submit Your Website To Relevant Categories Only. Site Submitted To Inappropriate Category Will Not Be Accepted. Only Special Listings Are Allowed In Top Level Categories. Express Listing And Regular Listings Have To Be Submitted In Deepest Possible Category.
- We Do Not Allow Keyword Stuffing In Titles Of The Listing. Do Not Add TLD Extensions In Title. Also Avoid Long Sentences In Title. Upto Four Words In Title Will Be Much Appreciated. Also, Prefer Using "Title Case" For The Title Of Your Websites And No Special Characters In Titles (For Example "!""|""."".") It Saves Us Time And Helps Your Listing To Be Approved Faster.
- Once Your Listing Has Been Submitted To Our Directory, It Becomes Content Of XHII.com. We Reserve The Right To Edit, Modify, Delete The Link/Listing On Our Own Will, If Required. However, If A Site Has Been Penalized By Search Engines Like Google.com, Then You Can Request Your Site To Be Removed Or The Link Be Made No-Followed. Although We Will Not Be Keen To Remove Any Content From Our Site, But At The Same Time We Do Not Want To Link To Penalized Domains.
- No Illegal Sites Containing Copyright Destruction, Violence, Fraud, Child Pornography, Racism, Vulgarity or Warez Will Be Accepted.
- We're No Longer Accepting Sites Related To Gambling, Pharmacy, Debt Consolidation, Hair Loss, Sexuality, etc. All Previously Accepted Listings Are Being Deleted From Our Directory On Daily Basis. XHII.com Is On Mission To Become A Family Friendly Site. So Help Us Keeping The Site Clean For All.
- We Will Only Approve Your Site If You Submit The Top Domain/Homepage Of Your Site. Do Not Submit Subdomains Or Sub Folders. They Will Be Rejected Without Even Checking. Wordpress And Blogspot Blogs Are Acceptable Though. Featured Listings Have No Such Obligation.
- Inappropriate CAPITALIZATI0N Of Words In Title Or Description Will Ensure Your Site Removal From Our Directory. Also, Please Do Not Capitalize Any Letter In URL.
- Do Not Try To Submit Your Site Twice. That Will Not Be Allowed And May Even Lead To Deletion Of First Submission.
- Do Not Use Exclamation Marks (!) Repeatedly & Excessively
- Do Not Include Any URL, Owner Name, Contact Number, Contact Mail, Anything To Do With Promotion Or Such Things In Description Or The Title Of Your Site. Keep The Description As Simple As Possible.
- We Are Accepting Sites In All Languages. However The Description Of Site's Submission Should Be In English Only! Write A Good Description Of Your Site. A Submission With No Description Will Not Be Approved.
